    Will not pick up phones. One of three things will happen; Busy signal, or the call will connect and ring and ring to infinity, or the phone will ring and someone will pick up the receiver and then hang up. I'd understand if they were just going through a busy moment but I've called repeatedly at different times during the day over two days with no answers. At this point they are either understaffed or lazy. A complaint has been filed through the USPS's consumer affairs so hopefully that will help.
