  My first experience there a year ago was great, I was seen by the PA, she was very friendly. My most recent experience no so much. Horrible customer service, they never return phone calls. They gave me a prescription that was going to cost over $500 then when I called back to have them change it, it took over 2 days to get a phone call back (as I have a huge boil on my face). THEN I call back a couple weeks later (now) because the boil has improved but still isn’t gone and I have yet to receive anything call back on advice whether to come in or not. I will never go back again.

  I am waiting to see the Doctor but so far I would have to say that I would not likely come back. Pros: comfortable waiting area, nice office park. Cons: No wifi for waiting customers (It's 2017. Are you kidding me? Who does that to captive, waiting customers?)
