  .. Offer 6 month leases
  I just think they need better washer and driers for the laundry mat. That is minor though.

  I live almost a year now I love my apartment they are fast at meeting needs when something goes wrong. Like the air condition goes out are a problem in the kitchen. But I give a three star because they making a inconvenience because they want to remodel while you are trying to live in your apartment that your already are happy with. They want you to either move everything out are to displace everything to the middle of the rooms it going to be a mess doing this and very stressful. Wish they would leave things alone in till I move out from two years from now but they don't really care they just want to go up on rent.
